Cybernetic estimation of reserve utilization efficiency

چکیده

This study relates to the field of verification cybernetic estimates use reserves as criteria for effectiveness transformative class systems with a continuous supply technological product. The task set here attracted even more attention after advent improved approaches that make it possible automatically change control trajectories in real time. In such cases, assessment current status process and efficiency stock management has become an integral part operation subsystems. Therefore, development is relevant issue. first stage reported research involved model distributed parameters. Four formal features have been proposed. Finding functions these made obtain idea some quantitative characteristics while finding second time-dependent characteristic represent physical parameters process. At stage, formulas calculating main indicators were proposed; their was carried out under three different trajectories, which showed adequacy devised approach. final step develop variations formula, calculated at points time throughout entire production cycle. Thus, makes formalize fully automate processes optimization adaptation functional enterprise

assessment of the efficiency of s.p.g.c refineries using network dea

data envelopment analysis (dea) is a powerful tool for measuring relative efficiency of organizational units referred to as decision making units (dmus). in most cases dmus have network structures with internal linking activities. traditional dea models, however, consider dmus as black boxes with no regard to their linking activities and therefore do not provide decision makers with the reasons...

Effects of seed aging on subsequent seed reserve utilization and seedling growth in soybean

Reduced seedling growth is a consequence of seed deterioration. The heterotrophic seedling growth can be considered as the product of three components: (1) initial seed weight, (2) the fraction of seed reserves which are mobilized, and (3) the conversion efficiency of mobilized seed reserves to seedling tissues. It is not clear which of these component (s) is affected by seed deterioration. To ...

The utilization of reserve substances in Drosophila during flight.

The respiratory quotient in Drosophila during flight is about i-o (Chadwick, 1947), and the duration of flight to exhaustion varies with the age of the fly in the same manner as does the total glycogen—increasing steeply during the first 5 days of adult life, remaining at a maximum for about 10 days and then falling gradually until the fly is 5 or 6 weeks old (Williams, Barness & Sawyer, 1943)....

Cybernetic modeling of growth in mixed, substitutable substrate environments: Preferential and simultaneous utilization.

Growth of microorganisms on substitutable substrate mixtures display diverse growth dynamics characterized by simultaneous or preferential uptake of carbon sources. This article shows that cybernetic modeling concepts which were successful in predicting diauxic growth patterns can be extended to describe simultaneous consumption of substrates. Thus the growth of Escherichia coli on mixtures of ...
